Yes. Our teams are working day and night to satisfy customers. We don’t take any advance payment. So We never provide you a refund for a project payment that has already been completed. If you want to cancel the order, within 5 days of discussion, you can cancel the order and you will get your payment back within 48 working hours. After 5 days, you cannot cancel your current order. You will only get 80% of your payment if you cancel the order.
Client required to pay 50% advance payment of overall discussed quotation. Without the advance payment we don't process any orders. To ensure client satisfaction, we're commited to do required tasks, if we don't complete as per your requirements then client can raise refunds!
We‘re very serious and strict about the government as well as legal rules. So if any user seems to be malicious , doing blackmailing for payment refund, behaving inappropriately with our team and staff then we may take legal action against them. And they cannot place any order with us in future. If any user places an order and we deliver on time and complete work but still they raise a refund, in this case we take immediate legal action against them and they have to pay a penalty or fine for settlement.
Our Trademarks and Intellectual Properties are Secured With Indian Trademarks & Intellectual Property Act. So If anyone is trying to infrige, copy/modify our protected assets without our written permission then they will be punished maximum under the Law.
